Nuclear Emergency Planning Liaison Group guidance

11 November 2008

The Department for Energy and Climate Change (DECC) is the lead government department for the response to incidents at civil nuclear installations in England and Wales, while the Scottish Executive lead in Scotland. DECC acts as chair of the Nuclear Emergency Planning Liaison Group (NEPLG); a forum which brings together a wide range of organisations with interests in off-site planning for an emergency at a civil licensed nuclear site.
